Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a network of contacts and researching existing databases to identify top talent matching our current requirements.

The role will involve speaking with contacts at all levels throughout the day, mainly over the phone, but also in person where possible. Our contacts are highly intelligent individuals with a Master's degree or PhD, and are typically at mid or senior level.

We offer a structured promotion plan and provide in-depth training to help our consultants grow with the business. We are looking for graduates with an excellent academic background and evidence of research experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a network of contacts and research existing databases to identify top talent
  • Speak with contacts at all levels throughout the day, mainly over the phone, but also in person where possible
  • Provide exceptional communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to highly intelligent individuals with varying language proficiency
  • Work with people in other time zones who may require communication outside of usual office hours
