We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and data-driven recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create innovative digital and integrated communication strategies to increase awareness of the Financial Times group globally and drive traffic to our career pages.
  2. Build and maintain strategic marketing and nurturing campaigns across channels, including marketing automation, content, social, search, and 3rd party websites.
  3. Use reporting and dashboards to develop pragmatic performance measurements and drive data-driven decision-making.
  4. Devise and implement segmented, automated campaigns for relevant talent pipeline audiences.
  5. Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and partners to understand the global talent landscape and proactively address challenges.
  6. Lead all aspects of the development and continuous evolution of our digital content, including social media channels, careers site, referral program, and social advocacy.
  7. Recommend tools, technology, and training to upskill and maintain high standards in direct sourcing.
  8. Drive an insight and data-driven approach to recruitment marketing, understanding the target market, personas, and strategies that will maximize conversion.
  9. Collaborate with our Chief Product and Technology Officer to update and produce content externally.
  10. Nurture our prospect pool within our ATS with compelling content.
  11. Create a content calendar and forward planning for the year.
  12. Develop and implement DE&I recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience planning and running effective campaigns to attract relevant audiences and convert leads.
  2. Sharp analytical skills and hands-on experience in reporting, delivering pragmatic performance measurement, and generating actionable insights.
  3. Experience in lead generation using search engine marketing.
  4. Demonstrate hands-on experience with marketing technology.
  5. Proven experience in employer branding across different geographical locations and within technology.
  6. Ability to use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Strong portfolio of successful recruitment marketing materials and campaigns.
  8. Knowledge of the latest trends in recruitment marketing.
  9. Strong knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
