We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Lawyer to join our legal services team at Venn Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice to client organisations and schools on employment and education matters.
The Role- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on employment and education matters, ensuring compliance with statutory duties and obligations.
- Represent clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties, and attend courts and tribunals as required.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, providing a seamless and client-focused service.
- Supervise and manage the activities of the team, including performance, caseloads, and productivity.
- Contribute to the development, training, and mentoring of colleagues.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEx with at least 2 years PQE gained in a local authority setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of the local government framework in relation to Employment, Education, and Governance.
- Salary: £43,000- £56,750 depending on experience.
