Care Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Richmond Villages in Derby. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, washing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene as documented in their care plan.
- Help residents who need assistance with mobility problems, using appropriate equipment and other physical disabilities.
- Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
