Care Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Agincare. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to our residents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assisting with personal care activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Prompting and assisting with medication administration
- Supporting residents with meals and snacks
- Participating in social activities and events
Requirements:
- A minimum of 24 months' right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in care or a related field (6 months minimum for night shift roles)
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
