About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications Team in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of MTC's BI Hub and data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Application Owners to design and implement new data models for reporting.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, storage solutions, processing, and integration within Microsoft Azure.
  • Work with 3rd parties to implement required changes.
Requirements
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence applications and tools, including Fabric Data Lakes, Synapse, Data Factory, DevOps, Purview, CDM Utility, Event Grid, Serverless SQL pools, and PowerBI.
  • Effective communication skills at various levels, from individual users to company-wide communications.
  • Knowledge of D365 Finance, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Insights, and data structures.
  • Ability to create, review, and manage high-quality functional documentation.
  • ITIL qualification desirable.
