About Glenshire Group

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Glenshire Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient food preparation.
  2. Monitor and maintain high standards of safety, sanitation, and security within the restaurant.
  3. Meet food cost and labor goals, while ensuring the financial well-being of the operation.
  4. Manage P&L statements, adhering to all financial control and security standards.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changing trends, market conditions, and environmental factors, modifying store plans to meet business targets.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  1. Lead with a growth mindset, modeling Smart, Heart, and Courage principles.
  2. Set high standards for self and others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. Recruit, hire, and bench plan top talent, ensuring a well-qualified team.
  4. Implement restaurant training programs, enabling team members to meet standards, maximize performance, and realize their career potential.
  5. Oversee training, development, and performance management of the restaurant team.

Culture Responsibilities:

  1. Create a culture of recognition, positivity, and inclusivity, aligned with Yum's values.
  2. Build strong customer relationships by engaging with all customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  3. Demonstrate self-responsibility, a helpful, upbeat, friendly and positive attitude with the restaurant team and customers.
  4. Ensure positive customer experience by taking feedback, resolving complaints, and continuously improving service.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  1. 3 years of multi-outlet food retail or service industry experience at a supervisory/management level, preferred.
  2. Proven track record of on-target performance in Balanced Scorecard KPIs (or equivalent) with primary profit responsibility.
  3. Certified in Leading a Restaurant (LAR).
  4. Clear ITC check.
  5. Ability to move as required between restaurants according to the needs of the business, as determined by Pizza Hut from time to time.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
