Role Overview
The Chamber & Participation Team seeks a skilled administrator to join the Visitor Experience Team Hub as a Team Hub Administrator. This role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative and office management support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of its operations and development of its staff. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to inspire engagement and empower citizens to have a voice in the Palace of Westminster.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and creating team rosters, managing communications channels, and delivering essential support structures for the team. This may include payroll, uniform ordering, and organizing team meetings and events. Your strong organizational skills, analytical approach, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to adapt to new processes and systems, keeping sight of big-picture goals while meeting daily deadlines.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent administrative, office management, and IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office packages. A methodical approach, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.
