Job Title: Senior Paediatric Palliative Care Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced senior nurse to jointly manage extending Clinical Services - including, In House, Community and Play Services, supporting the leadership, management, development and transformation of the Clinical Services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical and holistic care support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families.

* Support the team in providing clinical and holistic care support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families.

* Lead the operational delivery of family-centred care, ensuring the highest possible standards of care for referred babies, children, young people and their families.

About Us: Our Client is a Children's Hospice which provides Specialist Care and Nursing for babies, children and young people, supporting their full clinical, emotional, social and practical needs.
