Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Activity Coordinator to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging experiences for vulnerable adults.

In this position, you will design and deliver programs that promote social interaction, physical activity, and cognitive stimulation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to understand the unique needs of each service user and tailor activities accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement activity plans based on individual needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and external partners.
  • Document observations and progress in clinical notes under supervision.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
