We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Administrator to join our team at Penspen Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a prestigious project in Central London.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior-level administrative support to staff, including coordination of appointments and travel plans, as well as maintaining the project archive.
  • They will also be required to coordinate with project controls for control of all financial documents, and to maintain the executive's special / strategic projects.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract, lasting between 6-9 months. The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work in the Central London office.
