Roofing Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Supervisor to oversee a team of supervisors and operatives covering all Domestic Roofing projects maintenance across the West London area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of roofing contracts to ensure efficient and productive operations
  • Ensuring suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with work sheets and in a timely manner, meeting all contract KPI targets
  • Liaising with customers and dealing with any queries or issues that may arise
  • Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard
  • Ensuring all client expectations are achieved
  • Completing paperwork and reports in-line with the Company procedure
  • Overseeing health and safety procedures on sites
  • Ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe
Requirements:
  • Previous Social Housing roofing management experience required
  • Previous experience supervising working from heights/roofing projects
  • Experience working on reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects
  • IT Literate
