Job Overview: The Primary Education Support Worker position at Uniform Education involves working closely with our teaching staff to support students with their academic and social development. About the Role:
The successful candidate will assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities, providing one-on-one tutoring and support to students, and communicating with students, parents, and staff. You will also be responsible for preparing classroom materials and resources, supporting the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and participating in training sessions to enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of students.
* Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students, ensuring they understand the material being taught.
* Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation and promoting good behaviour.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to discuss progress and any concerns.
* Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
* Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional assistance.
* Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to special education.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children is essential.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with children and adults alike is required.
* Experience in tutoring or mentoring roles is advantageous.
* A background in special education or relevant qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy are crucial for this role.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
