Support Educator Role

Uniform Education is seeking a Support Educator to join our team in Egham. As a Support Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with autism and special educational needs to achieve their academic goals and develop socially and emotionally.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of students.
- Provide individualised support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet their unique needs.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting good behaviour and social skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
**Requirements:**
We are looking for candidates with a passion for education and experience working with children with special educational needs. A strong understanding of child development and learning strategies is essential.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our students. We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £31,500 per annum, depending on experience.
