Teaching Health and Social Care

A leading education provider in the South-East, Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a skilled Teacher of Health and Social Care to join their team on a fixed-term contract. The role involves 10 teaching hours per week, delivering high-quality lessons for students aged 16-18.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering engaging and effective teaching to promote student progress
  • Assessing student performance, preparing reports, and providing accurate data
  • Contributing to outreach and liaison work, professional development, and promoting the college's reputation

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An appropriate degree and teaching qualification or willingness to work towards it
  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
  • Experience in teaching BTEC Health & Social Care and providing pastoral support
