Companion Care Specialist

As a Companion Care Specialist with Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede & West Spelthorne, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to provide personal care and companionship services to our clients.
We understand that every client is unique, which is why we tailor our services to meet their individual needs. Our clients require assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as social interaction and emotional support. As a Companion Care Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their preferences, and providing care that promotes their independence and dignity.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have a warm heart, caring nature, and passion for making a difference in someone's life. While experience in care is valuable, we provide full training from the start, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and medication management
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social events
We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, plus double pay on bank holidays, paid mileage after 10 miles, and award-winning training and development opportunities.
