About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Age 18+
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK
  • Valid UK driving license and insured vehicle access
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to work or travel locally to Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne
  • Minimum B1 level English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous care experience is always valued
