**Position**: Support Worker **Location**: Surrey Area **Experience**: Minimum 2 years with verifiable references **Shifts**: Multiple shifts available, including days and nights **Rates**: Standard rate £14.51 per hour, Saturday and Sunday £15.66 per hour
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in accordance with care plans and guidelines.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships and effective communication with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Administer medications and ensure proper documentation as required.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical and mental conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Support Worker with strong references from previous positions.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days and nights.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively within a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid full enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK.
