Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Agile Manufacturing Process Engineer to support the production process with a focus on process development and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute development programs to improve manufacturing processes
  • Define, plan, lead, and execute R&D activities with the technology development team
  • Interface with Siemens Energy internal counterparts on R&D projects
  • Provide status reports to PM and management
  • Drive the execution of new manufacturing processes and tools
  • Ensure quality requirements are met during AM process development
  • Spearhead the adoption and implementation of the latest AM best practices
  • Troubleshoot problems and find innovative solutions
  • Coordinate with other disciplines within Siemens Energy
Requirements
  • University degree or relevant experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Basic understanding of Additive Manufacturing Processes and their optimisation
  • Strong communication skills with internal customers and external partners
  • Autonomous working and self-initiative, strategic thinking, organisational & coordination, and results orientation
  • Ability to work as an integral part of an agile, growing team
  • Good computer competency with office suite tools, MRP systems, and Minitab
  • Good communication skills and Stakeholder/Project management skills
