We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at a well-established engineering company in the medical industry sector.

About the Role:
  • Develop and improve manufacturing methods to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to inform design decisions.
  • Manage engineering projects from initial concept to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Review existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support to the wider engineering team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive innovation.
About You:
  • Degree or HND/HNC in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools and techniques, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong team player, with a willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
