About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Management Professional to oversee our properties across multiple locations, including hybrid sites. This role involves developing and delivering a Group Estates strategy plan to ensure asset value protection and operational capability.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sustainable practices and environmental management within Estates and Maintenance, as well as experience in contractor/vendor selection and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a Group Estates strategy plan to ensure asset value protection and operational capability.
  • Ensure risk assessments are in place for all appropriate activities relating to Estates and regular periodic reviews are undertaken with risk assessments being updated.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs in a timely manner to enable accurate budget forecasting.
  • Evaluate and maintain effective functioning of building services, such as heating, ventilation, and security systems at all times across Group.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estates management across multiple sites of differing purposes.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable practices and environmental management within Estates and Maintenance.
  • Demonstrable experience of contractor/vendor selection and management.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
