Estate Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Probate Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our team at G2 Legal Limited in Gloucestershire. As a skilled practitioner, you will provide specialist advice for elderly clients and advise on trust formation, administration and taxation.

Job Overview:

• The Role:
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Disputes over will validity, testator capacity and estate administration
• Advising on trust formation, administration and taxation
• Providing expert advice on inheritance, CGT, and income tax in estate planning

Requirements:

• 3+ years PQE, ideally with STEP or SFE qualifications
• Proven experience with contested wills, inheritance claims
• Strong knowledge of inheritance, CGT, and income tax in estate planning
• Competence in estate administration, deeds of variation and LPA preparation

Salary and Benefits:

• £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
