Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at DO & CO. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Conduct daily quality checks of goods delivered by our suppliers, verify the quality of products, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Audits and Inspections: Perform regular audits and inspections of our production areas, including temperature controls, cleanliness levels, and personal hygiene practices.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, incidents, and issues, and submit regular reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.

  • Team Support: Collaborate with the QA events international team to ensure consistency in quality standards across different locations.

  • Incident Management: Investigate and report on any incidents or issues related to quality and safety, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

  • Education and Certification: BSc Food Science or equivalent, and HACCP and Food Hygiene Certification.

  • Skills and Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance and control, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive and proactive attitude.
