As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager/Project Director with the planning and daily execution of the M&E Building Services Design and Installation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule as assigned by the Senior Project Manager/Project Director
* Managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets
* Assisting the On-Site M&E Engineers, and providing the relevant information required to execute the M&E installation
* Supporting the senior project team in the overall implementation of the engineering strategy and framework for the designated project
* Engaging with the Subcontractors at all stages from ITT to Final commissioning and Handover
* Ensuring that Subcontract packages are delivered to programme, budget, safety and quality expectations/standards

To be successful in this role, you will have prior full project lifecycle experience from cradle to grave in the capacity of Project Engineer - from pre-construction through to installation and commissioning within Mechanical. You will also have a strong ability in engaging with the sub-contractors at all stages from ITT to Final commissioning and Handover, fostering a true partnership.
