Role Overview

Ribbons & Reeves, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking an Academic Guidance Specialist to join their team in Harrow. This role presents a unique opportunity for a recent Humanities Graduate to develop their knowledge and inspire the youth of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students of various abilities across Key Stages 3-5 in History, Geography, RE, and Politics lessons.
  • Assist in creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters academic growth and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify areas of improvement and implement targeted strategies.
Requirements
  • A Degree from a Top UK University in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, Religious Studies, politics, etc).
  • Previous child-centred experience and experience working with Special Educational Needs would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
  • Paid Weekly via PAYE, inclusive of Holiday Pay.
  • Earn between £96-£105 per day, depending on experience.
  • Term Time only role, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am- 4 pm.
