About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Job Placement Specialist to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with unemployed customers who face multiple barriers to employment, including mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of customers with complex needs.
  • Conducting initial assessments and creating SMART action plans.
  • Liaising with employers to secure job opportunities and provide in-work support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Employment Advisor or Job Coach.
  • Ability to create effective SMART Action Plans.
  • Skilled in managing complex cases through person-centered interventions.
  • Proven ability to engage with employers and support customers through the application process.
  • Vehicle driver with access to own vehicle.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
