Senior Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Block Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our Property Management division, you will be responsible for managing a sizeable portfolio of properties along the M4 corridor.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of properties, including commercial and residential leases
- Prepare and manage Section 20 Notices and management accounts
- Liaise with clients, leaseholders, and contractors on a regular basis
- Arrange repairs, prepare budgets, and perform general office administration
- Attend AGMs and meet with clients to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- Significant previous experience in Block Property Management
- Ability to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
- Full UK driving licence and car ownership
- Hybrid/Remote working arrangement
