  • Lead the development of our technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the technical governance team to ensure best practices in quality and standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on R&D initiatives and intellectual property management.
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics, across the organization.
  • Ensure the successful technical delivery of projects, meeting regulatory standards and client expectations.
  • Engage with clients, providing technical expertise and supporting business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Systems Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in the nuclear or defence sectors with proven technical leadership.
  • Experience leading large-scale engineering projects and managing technical governance.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ISO19443, ISO19650).
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and driving technological innovation.

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Engineering.
  • Experience integrating acquired companies' capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies (AI, machine learning, data analytics).

  • Fellowship in professional bodies such as IMeCHE, IEE.
