The Role: As a Salesforce Implementation Strategist at Mainframe, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and assess their current Salesforce and Kaptio configurations. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive implementation plans that include all go-live epics and ensuring a seamless transition for the project team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning and Solution Design:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and assess their current Salesforce and Kaptio configurations.
    • Identify and document configuration gaps, required integrations, and potential extensions to meet client needs.
    • Develop strategic implementation plans that outline project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.

  • Implementation Planning:

    • Create detailed go-live epics, milestones, and deliverables to guide the implementation process.
    • Ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables, providing clarity on timelines and responsibilities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and technical support, to ensure a cohesive approach to implementation.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress, gather feedback, and adjust implementation strategies as needed.
    • Provide ongoing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce and Kaptio solutions.

  • Documentation and Knowledge Management:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution design documents, implementation plans, and transition guides.
    • Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to support the client's ability to independently manage their Salesforce and Kaptio environment post-implementation.

  • Training and Support:

    • Develop training strategies for clients to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
    • Provide post-implementation support and coaching to reinforce learning and address any challenges faced by the client.

  • Project Management:

    • Monitor and report on project status, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
    • Ensure effective resource allocation and task management throughout the implementation process.

Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Implementation Strategist or in a similar role, with a strong background in Salesforce configuration and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Kaptio or similar travel tech platforms is a plus.
