Job Title: HR Administrator

We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the Head of HR and their department in managing a workforce of approximately 55 employees.

About the Role

This is an instrumental position in building the HR function, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency during this period of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inquiries in the 'People' inbox, ensuring responses within the 2-week SLA, and escalating issues to the Head of HR when necessary.
  • Extract data and reports from the HRIS once implemented.
  • Audit existing HR files, identifying missing documents, and sourcing them where necessary.
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, leavers, probation) with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Assist in managing Learning & Development (L&D) schedules and diaries.
  • Organize internal and external training, ensuring accurate training records are kept.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
  • Create a repository of templates, letters, and policies on SharePoint.
Requirements
  • Previous administration and HR administration experience.
  • Proven experience assisting in the development of a HR department.
  • Familiarity with diary management for Learning & Development.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems within an SME office environment.
