We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the Head of HR and their department in managing a workforce of approximately 55 employees. This role will be instrumental in building the HR function, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency during this period of growth.
Key Responsibilities- HR Operations
- Manage inquiries in the 'People' inbox, ensuring responses within the 2-week SLA, and escalating issues to the Head of HR when necessary.
- Support all employee-related administrative tasks.
- Assist with the selection and onboarding of a new HRIS system, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining updated records.
- Extract data and reports from the HRIS once implemented.
- Provide a weekly HRMI update slide.
- Audit existing HR files, identifying missing documents, and sourcing them where necessary.
- Employee Lifecycle
- Support the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, leavers, probation) with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Learning & Development
- Assist in managing Learning & Development (L&D) schedules and diaries.
- Organize internal and external training, ensuring accurate training records are kept.
- Employee Benefits
- Administer employee benefits.
- Policy Development
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
- Create a repository of templates, letters, and policies on SharePoint.
- Previous administration and HR administration experience.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience assisting in the development of a HR department.
- Familiarity with diary management for Learning & Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems within an SME office environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SME setting.
- Experience developing and implementing new administrative systems.
