Key Responsibilities

  • HR Systems Management: Maintain and optimize our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to stakeholders across the globe, ensuring seamless HR system functionality.
  • System Training: Provide system training to new starters, ensuring they are equipped to use our HR systems effectively.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of people data within all HR systems.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with data protection regulations, supporting the HR Business Partners in the development of reporting dashboards.
  • Process Documentation: Document HR system processes and maintain a knowledge base of information.
  • Process Mapping: Map HR system processes and procedures in internal process mapping tools.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Familiar with a range of systems and technologies, ideally within a HR setting.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient user of Microsoft Office, with an intermediate level of Excel.
  • HR Systems: An interest in working with systems, maintaining databases, and keeping up to date with latest trends and developments.
