We are seeking a skilled Academic Program Coordinator to join our team at Gi Group. As a Business Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing students on various courses. This includes delivering excellent teaching, planning, preparation, and assessment while undertaking administrative tasks such as learner registration, attendance, record keeping, tracking, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include teaching, learner interviews, enrolment, marketing, and public relations activities. You will also be responsible for the academic and pastoral care of a group or groups, arranging support requirements for students, and communicating with the Curriculum Team Leader, Curriculum Leader, and Progress Tutor.

The ideal candidate will have an appropriate teaching qualification or willingness to work towards delivering to students at all levels and abilities using flexible and innovative methods. A minimum of experience in delivering Level 1 to Level 3 Business Studies is required. Additionally, a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is essential.
