Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on current grade, experience and payroll method. Key Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on young people's lives. You will work closely with teachers, parents and other support staff to create a comprehensive support network for pupils. This will involve mentoring and guiding students in their behavioural development, assisting students with SEN to set and achieve personal and educational targets, engaging and assisting with various learning activities and programs, implementing strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours, and being a positive role model, helping students build confidence and self-esteem.
