About the Role

FIND is partnering with a leading school to recruit an HR Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Principal by providing an efficient HR service to all staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage Payroll with accuracy and attention to detail, meeting statutory requirements and deadlines.
  • Conduct Employee Vetting checks, ensuring the safety and well-being of staff and students.
  • Deliver New Staff Inductions, providing a comprehensive onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Implement the School's Recruitment Process, attracting and selecting top talent to support the organisation's growth.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified at a minimum of Level 3.
  • Previous experience working within a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and develop individuals and teams.
