Job Description:

  • Support the facilities team and reception team with various tasks
  • Help with deliveries and oversee clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mail
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed
  • Welcome visitors to the office and assist the reception team when needed
  • Answer phone calls and take and deliver messages

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar experience within legal or professional services.
