Amazon EU SARL Account Manager

The Amazon Global Selling team is seeking an Account Manager to support the expansion of European sellers to the US marketplace.
As an Account Manager, you will closely consult with European brands to onboard them onto Amazon US and provide expertise on listing optimization, advertising & promotions, logistics, and other best practices.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Amazon teams to accompany Sellers' development and drive their growth from a local to an international level.
Key responsibilities include recruiting, supporting, and managing strategic third-party Sellers from Europe that want to grow their businesses to a global level.
You will leverage your analytical and commercial skills to provide in-depth business analysis and effective account management for key sellers.
As the main point of contact for these partners, you will manage the day-to-day relationship, ensuring they are fully competent on Amazon's selling tools and familiar with our wide range of products and services.
You will identify opportunities to increase their revenue across Amazon's global marketplaces and help them maintain our high customer experience standards.
Additionally, you will collect sellers' feedback, escalate issues, and drive cross-functional teams to prioritize and deploy timely solutions to support improved processes and Seller experience.
Requirements include native German speaker, fluent in English, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, self-motivated team player, and ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred qualifications include proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions, quantitative analytical capability, project management skills, and customer-focused approach.
