A great opportunity has arisen in our London Office for an IT professional to join our team as an IT Technician. The role involves providing technical support to users and maintaining computer systems to enable our teams to carry out their work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling 2nd line support issues and escalations that come into the helpdesk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting users with computer equipment and other devices
  • Configuring user equipment
  • Managing inventory for all technical equipment
  • Providing ad hoc IT support and project duties

To succeed in this role, you will require experience within a similar position in IT support. Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating system, Active Directory, and Azure Directory, network and security, Microsoft O365, and Office365
  • Experience improving IT processes

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include private medical insurance and flexible working hours in a collegiate office environment in Shoreditch.
