About the Job

Minko's Macs is a leading Apple Mac Computer specialist and retail company based in London. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Computer Repair & Sales Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the computing world. You will assist with product repairs, develop exceptional customer service skills, and contribute to a dynamic sales environment.

  • Basic computer literacy (Apple experience is a plus).

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to customer service.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
  • Confident spoken and written English.

You should also meet the following educational requirements:

  • Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A-C (Maths, Computer Science, Science, Media; preferably).
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 (Computer Science, Media; preferably).
