About the Role

As a Compliance Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data reporting and alignment with brand guidelines. You will also create compliance management information for internal and external stakeholders, including compliance assurance monitoring schedules. In addition, you will have line management responsibility for the Compliance Assurance team and provide assurance to the Group that it is meeting its regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and a proven track record of ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate data reporting and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Create compliance management information for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure Compliance assurance monitoring schedule is fulfilled
  • Line Management responsibility for Compliance Assurance team
  • Support Group with regulatory changes
  • Provide assurance to Group that it is meeting its regulatory requirements
