Compliance Administrator

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing young company with an innovative approach to delivering Skills Support Training and Apprenticeships development programmes.
Working as part of the compliance team, reporting to the Compliance Manager, the main purpose of the role is to assess learners’ eligibility for funding and to capture and maintain learner data efficiently onto the learner record system. This will involve carrying out data quality checks and resolution to errors as directed.
The compliance team is responsible for many of the administrative processes associated with learners, including enrolment, attendance records, examinations and certification.
Main Duties
- To assess learners’ eligibility for funding
- To process learner related data into MIS system from source documentation
- To use and maintain effective processes for the storage of electronic and paper records in order to ensure that records are easily retrievable
- To monitor, maintain and report on learner attendance records
- Assist with the preparation of information for audit
- Process learner information and data as required, in accordance with funding and audit requirements
- Participate in learner reconciliation activities
- Process amendments in line with organisation policy and audit requirements
- To carry out data quality checks, verifying the accuracy of information and resolving errors as required
