About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of our business, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and accelerate business expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for new markets and partnerships.
  • Deliver budgeted revenues through effective marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Lead on tender and pitch presentations, negotiations, and client relationship management.
  • Manage client expectations, stakeholders, and Director relationships.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new business acquisitions and communicate with internal departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, adapt to industry changes, and evolve strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze and report on performance against contractual requirements and commercial activities.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in commercial growth, market analysis, and business development. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and inspire a team. Experience in the property management or call centre environment is preferred.
