About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Supervised Contact Worker.


As a Supervised Contact Worker, you will provide a consistent and high-quality service to families with the aim of achieving positive outcomes for children and their families.


You will work closely with families to facilitate and supervise family time sessions, providing a safe and child-focused environment. Your role will also involve supporting parent/carers, providing up-to-date information to social workers and other stakeholders, and contributing to the care planning agenda.


About You:


We are looking for an individual who is educated to at least NVQ L3 standard with a relevant children and families qualification. You should have a strong understanding of childcare legislation and safeguarding policies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting families, we would encourage you to apply for this role.
