About the Role

We are seeking a caring and warm individual to join our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will provide a welcoming front of house reception service, conduct flat viewings and inspections, and plan and run events for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct flat viewings and inspections, showcasing our properties and highlighting their unique features.
  • Plan and run events for our students, including welcome parties, social gatherings, and other activities that promote a sense of community.
