Supporting Pupils with SEND

Ad Warrior School in Cambridge is seeking a skilled and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized support plans, collaborating with teachers to integrate these plans into the curriculum, and providing regular feedback on pupil progress. Your duties will also include supervising pupils during breaks, maintaining accurate records of pupil progress, and participating in whole-school initiatives to promote inclusion and diversity.

We offer a competitive salary range of £16,802 - £17,296 per annum, as well as opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.
