About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Educational Support Worker in Cambridge. This is a unique opportunity for anyone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with additional needs.

The successful candidate will undergo additional training courses within Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), such as Behaviour Management and Special Needs Awareness, to gain the necessary background knowledge.

Working Hours

This role requires working from 8:30-15:30, Monday-Friday during term time. The estimated annual salary for this position is around £22,000-£25,000, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Holding a positive outlook and being flexible to ensure consistency for pupils.
  • A genuine desire and passion to work with pupils with additional needs.
