Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1 to 1 support in the Cambridgeshire area. The ideal candidate will have transport access and be able to work closely with parents, carers, and teachers to create a safe learning environment for a learner with undiagnosed needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized learning support to learners with undiagnosed needs
  • Support pupils' emotional well-being and engagement in learning
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and carers to ensure inclusive education
  • Work alongside a Teacher to deliver effective teaching and learning strategies
Requirements:
  • Commitment to ensuring every learner receives equal access to education
  • Experience supporting learners with communication needs
  • Relevant teaching and learning certifications
  • Enhanced DBS certificate or equivalent
  • Availability to start immediately and work 09:00 Mon-Fri
