We are seeking a Support Worker Manager to lead our team and provide exceptional care and education to our residents.

About the Role
  • This exciting opportunity involves managing a team of support workers to ensure the highest standards of care, as per Ofsted regulations.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to implement all aspects of the Statement of Purpose and supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to meet the needs of our Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate team rotas to support the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments.
  • Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager.
