About the Role

We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic Secondary Teachers to join our team of professionals in highly successful mainstream Secondary Schools. As a Teacher with Twenty4Seven Education, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes the wellbeing of pupils.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain awareness of policies and procedures related to child protection, health, safety, security, and confidentiality, reporting concerns to ensure pupils' wellbeing.
  • Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Plan and deliver well-structured, differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and school curriculum policy.
  • Provide regular feedback and encourage pupils to respond effectively to improve their learning outcomes.
  • Effectively manage behaviour to ensure a good and safe learning environment, adhering to the school's behaviour policy.
  • Take responsibility for improving teaching through professional development, responding to advice and feedback from colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other professionals regarding pupils' achievements and wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Minimum 12 months of experience teaching within an educational setting or similar.
  • Child DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Familiarity with the DfE 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' document.
