Restaurant Operations Manager

We're a dynamic and growing hospitality business looking for a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Grill'd Croydon and other nearby restaurants in Melbourne's east.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a large team of enthusiastic team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and great burgers.
- Focus on product quality, customer satisfaction, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
- Help your team meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coach team members through workshops and online training.
- Maintain and ensure compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
- 2+ years experience as an Assistant Restaurant/Venue Manager in the fast food/QSR industry.
- Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams.
- Direct engagement with budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage and labour reports.
- Passion for people – customer & team empowerment first mindset.
- A hunger and drive to grow your business.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays.
